the Whole YOU!
Whole body education and wellness through pregnancy to postpartum. Inspiring you to create your healthiest body and birth possible.
Did you know that regular exercise and healthy eating during pregnancy can improve outcomes, decrease chances of gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia, reduce the physical discomforts of pregnancy, increase your mental wellness, and improve your postpartum recovery?
Inspired Beginnings' innovative design combines personalized movement, childbirth education and health experts into energizing and engaging classes. We've partnered with Early Bird Fitness (formerly Snohomish Fitness Center) to inspire birthing families to create healthier lifestyles and improving health outcomes for birth and beyond. These inclusive classes are an innovative way to learn about your pregnant body, birth, breast/chest feeding, postpartum and newborn care. They are fun, interactive and informative leaving you feeling empowered, confident and ready for your baby's birth day.
Our classes are in partnership with Early Bird Coaching and their experienced Prenatal Fitness Trainers.

Melissa's passion for serving expectant families began in 2005 just after her son was born. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Speech and Hearing Sciences which gives her a unique approach to feeding, and latch in particular. However, after giving birth she realized how preparation and information brought an increase in comfort and confidence during labor. Experiencing this personally, it drove her to ensure that all expectant parents have access to high-quality childbirth education.
She received certification from the International Childbirth Education Association. She is also Lactation Education Certified and is a Trauma-Informed Educator through the Simkin Center at Bastyr in Seattle. She is dedicated to serving all birthing families in our local community and honors the unique perspectives, experience and personal desires of each birthing person. Our individuality is precious and meant to be honored.
