Private instruction for you and your partner to plan for your upcoming birth. We can cover birth, breastfeeding, postpartum, newborn care or any other birth related topic to help you prepare for birth. This is also an excellent option for anyone with past trauma, previous traumatic birth, or a history of abuse which may come up during labor. We can work together to create coping tools that work specifically for you to increase comfort and confidence for labor and birth.
