Whole Body Birth and Baby program

Classes cover anatomy/physiology, labor and birth, comfort measures, movement, pain medications and coping skills, inductions/augmentation, pelvic health, breast/chest feeding/lactation, postpartum, recovery and life with your new baby. $285 registration includes pregnant person and their support person/partner. Scholarships available as needed.
